Kaikkien Tampere Community Garden
language
The community gardens of the Kaikkien Tampere Development Program are open and free Pop-up community gardens. They are located in the yards of Koivistonkylä Youth Center and Multisilta Youth Center.
Each participant receives their own large 60 x 80 cm, growing box, seedlings, soil and a share of the common boxes. There are 5 common boxes in each yard.
Enjoy a nice summer mood gardening together with others and home-grown food.
During the summer season, we organize workshops on urban farming, where you will learn the secrets of box farming and spend time in the garden.
Community gardens are part of the Kaikkien Tampere Development Program and their goal is to bring young families together.
The goal of the community gardens is also to increase the amenity of the area and community activities and promote the inclusion of children and young people.
The activities will start in June and the events will take place according to the schedules below and you can visit your own box at any time.
